Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting on role employees for onrole and third party(sub vendor ) manpower
- Validate the manpower finalised by vendor thru tests & approve
- Coordinate with third party manpower vendor to allocate manpower for operation.
- Database management /Records maintenance.
- MIS Reporting
- Statutory Compliance / Government Policies & Laws
- Responsible for monthly attendance and payroll for both on roll and third party manpower
- Monthly client statutory audit documents preparation
- Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide resolution recommendations in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
- Maintain forms and registers as per Act
