Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using PHP/Hack and GraphQL.
- Designing database schemas and optimizing query performance.
- Integrating third-party services and APIs as needed.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows coding standards.
- Implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms for secure API access.
- Collaborating with frontend developers to define API contracts and data requirements.
- Conducting unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of backend services.
- Documenting technical specifications and API endpoints.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in PHP programming languages.
- Experience with GraphQL and building RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems (eg, Git) and code collaboration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
