Ticketing Executive Job Description:
- Should know Queue process.
- Should possess good knowledge of GDS systems.
- Should be well versed with City Codes & Airline Codes.
- Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.
- Should have knowledge of Issuing group and individual tickets
- Should have knowledge of Generating PNR, Fare constructions & Coordination with Airlines.
- Looking after all the aspects related to the Ticketing
Required Skills:
- A Bachelor s Degree is a must.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- IATA Graduate or Graduate with experience in relevant field.
