Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain valuable experience and grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design and production of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital advertisements.
2. Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, website content, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
4. Support the development of visual assets for presentations, product packaging, and promotional materials.
5. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and concepts for projects.
6. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of industry standards.
7. Assist with photo editing, retouching, and manipulation as needed.
8. Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
4. Basic understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to take direction and constructive feedback positively.
7. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
